This programme is designed to develop students with strong business skills that can be applied globally to a range of sectors, before going on to specialise in HR strategy, management methods, and employment law. 

Completing a foundation level before undergraduate level study gives you the opportunity to develop the core academic skills you need to successfully complete a degree. You’ll increase your confidence in your research, literacy, and numeracy, and then gain a specific grounding in business and HR with modules exploring the structure of organisations and how businesses utilise technology. With this foundation, you’ll then be able to springboard straight into an undergraduate degree.
