Department of Acting & Performing Arts

The Department of Acting and Performing Arts is a leader in the globalization of the arts. By specializing youth content by region, the department aims to foster glocal entertainers who can play prominent roles in various genres of the performing arts, such as musical theatre and theatrical drama, as well as mass media, such as movies and broadcasting drama. Youngsan University participates in the international festivals at Avignon and Edinburgh, and is currently undertaking exchange programs with overseas universities in Denmark, France, Thailand, and Indonesia through the establishment of friendly relationships.
