The bachelor program in Business Administration with concentration in Economics and Finance aims to provide a solid background in all areas of Business Administration and more specialized knowledge in Economics and Finance. It also aims to develop students individually and academically and to prepare them to work ethically in a changing multicultural environment. The variety and range of courses offered and the interdisciplinary character of the program as well as the culture of open discussion that characterizes the university contribute to the comprehensive education of the students.
More specifically, the general objectives of the program are to:
Present and explain main theoretical concepts in key areas of business.
Demonstrate how to apply the above knowledge in the solution of business problems.

The concentration in Economics and Finance aims to provide specialization in the area of Economics and Finance. The concentration’s main objectives are the following:
Provide an in-depth understanding in Economics (Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, European Economics, Managerial Economics, Money and Banking).
Provide expertise in Finance (Corporate Finance, International Financial Management, Financial Analysis and Financial Markets).
Develop the skills needed to select appropriate quantitative techniques to be used in the solution of problems in Economics and Finance.
Relate the theories discussed in class with ‘real life’ scenarios and cases in Economics and Finance.
Develop students’ abilities to think critically about world issues in Economics and Finance.
