This degree aims to provide learners with a robust analytical approach and instil the evaluation techniques necessary, both for digital and non-digital games. The degree focuses on various aspects of design, including the visual, aural, narrative and functional, and aspects of implementation by looking at the technical and software development sides of games."
Learning Outcomes:
analyse and evaluate non-digital and digital games;
design the visual, aural, narrative and functional aspects of a game;
design and develop the overall software implementation of a game;
specialise in either design or development based on final year subject choice.
Extra Notes
A minimum of four ordinary level passes, including Mathematics and English at Grade 12 (GCE/GCSE) with minimum 50%. All students are required to attend an interview set up by the Saint Martin’s Admissions & Advisory Board (SAAB).
Program duration may vary between 18-24 months. Administration charge of €1500 per annum will apply. Registration fees €950. IELTS waiver possible on thebasis of MOI.
