The Master of Science in Architecture (MS Arch) is a STEM-designated graduate degree devoted to fundamental and applied research in the built environment with a flexible curriculum of approximately three semesters.
CAPLA's MS Arch is the only graduate architecture program of its kind that allows you to move across and between concentration areas to form your own specialization in architectural research and practice.
Our dynamic program's first semester includes a common foundation in research methods and a research studio, after which each student establishes an individual research project through a research seminar culminating in an original master's project or thesis.

•GPA: 3.0 •Portfolio of creative work including academic projects, design and professional work, and other forms of creative expression. Examples of graphic expression are especially relevant.•TOEFL requirement: 26 minimum on Speaking section.
•De-Waiver (DEW) form has to be mandatorily signed by the student immediately within 5 days from date of submission of online application•Documents to be uploaded. • 3 year accredited bachelor + master; 3 year accredited bachelor + post grad diploma; or 3 year bachelor by itself provided the degree is at least 120 credits (where each credit = 45 contact hours) and the degree has been earned in Division I and the institution is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an institutional score of 'A' or better.
